Independent temperature control system, the accuracy can reach ±1°C. The temperature of horizontal and vertical sealing is independently controlled, which can be well applied to various packaging materials such as composite film and PE film. The packaging styles are diversified, such as back sealing, gusseting, bagging, punching, etc.
The production of bag making, sealing, packaging, and date printing is completed in one go. The working environment is clean and the noise is low. 2. Equipment features 1. Color touch screen and PLC control with stable and reliable two-axis high-precision output, bag making, metering, filling, sealing, coding and bag cutting can be completed at one time.
2. The air circuit control and circuit control electrical boxes are separated independently, with low noise and more stable circuit. 3. Adopt double belt servo to pull the film, the film pulling resistance is small, the packaging bag is well formed, more beautiful, and the belt is not easy to wear. 4. Servo control is adopted to realize high-precision positioning and accurate size.
5. Using an external film release mechanism, the packaging film installation is simpler and easier. 6. The deviation adjustment of the packaging bag only needs to be adjusted on the touch screen, and the operation is simple. 7. The whole machine adopts a closed mechanism, which effectively prevents dust from entering the inside of the machine.
