The online multihead weigher is a low-to-medium speed, high-precision online checking weighing equipment, which can be integrated with various packaging production lines and conveying systems. Online check weighing has gradually become an indispensable link in modern industrial production, especially in the production process of food and pharmaceutical industries.
The online multihead weigher completes the measurement of the product weight during the conveying process of the product, and compares the measured weight with the preset range, and the controller issues instructions to reject products with unqualified weight, or to remove products with different weight ranges distributed to designated areas. The online multihead weigher generally consists of a weighing conveyor, a controller, and an inlet and outlet conveyor. The collection of weight signals is completed on the weighing conveyor, and the weight signals are sent to the controller for processing.
The infeed conveyor mainly ensures sufficient spacing between products by increasing the speed. The outfeed conveyor is used to convey the inspected products away from the weighing area. The working process of the online multihead weigher is as follows: Weigh and prepare the product to enter the feed conveyor, and the speed setting of the feed conveyor is generally determined according to the product spacing and the required speed.
The purpose is to ensure that only one product is on the weighing platform during the working process of the multihead weigher. Weighing process When the product enters the weighing conveyor, the system recognizes that the product to be inspected enters the weighing area according to external signals, such as photoelectric switch signals, or internal level signals. According to the running speed of the weighing conveyor and the length of the conveyor, or according to the level signal, the system can determine the time when the product leaves the weighing conveyor.
From the time when the product enters the weighing platform to when it leaves the weighing platform, the load cell will detect the signal shown in the figure below, and the controller will select the signal in the stable agricultural area for processing, and then the weight of the product can be obtained. During the sorting process, when the controller gets the weight signal of the product, the system will compare it with the preset weight range to sort the product. The sorting type will vary according to the application, and there are mainly the following types: 1. .Reject unqualified products 2. Eliminate overweight and underweight separately, or send them to different places 3. According to different weight ranges, divide them into different weight categories and report feedback. The multihead weigher has a weight signal feedback function. Usually, the set quantity The average weight of the product is fed back to the controller of the packaging/filling/canning machine, and the controller will dynamically adjust the feeding amount to make the average weight of the product closer to the target value. In addition to the feedback function, the multihead weigher can also provide rich report functions, such as packaging quantity per district, total quantity per district, qualified quantity, qualified total quantity, average value, standard deviation, total quantity and total accumulation.
