The customer's packaging requirement is to use prefabricated zipper bags, so he ordered a solution for a fully automatic bag-type powder packaging machine. This program consists of screw feeder, screw metering head, and 8-station bag-feeding machine mainframe.
The screw feeder sends the metal powder to the screw metering head, and then the screw metering head sends the metal powder of 100 g/min to the discharge port. During this process, the 8-station bag-feeding packaging machine is also being carried out at the same time, from taking the bag to opening to sealing, etc., in an orderly manner. The packaged metal powder is transported out by the finished product conveyor belt on the bag feeding machine.
With this solution, the packaging speed can reach 60 bags per minute, and more than 80,000 bags can be produced a day. That is to say, it can greatly improve the production efficiency, and at the same time, the fully automated packaging process saves a lot of manual operations. The problem of recruitment difficulties that the customer reported before, after using this solution, it has also solved this problem very well.
In the end, the customer was satisfied with this solution and placed an order for production. After 15 days of production, this fully automatic metal powder packaging machine has been completed and sent to the customer's factory by logistics.
