The shaper in the automatic packaging machine is one of the necessary products for making bags. Its type determines the style of the outer packaging of the product. Generally, the packaging bags have three-side sealing, four-side sealing, and back sealing. And their shapers are also different. 1. Lapel former Features: The forming resistance is large, and it is easy to deform, causing it to wrinkle or tear, but it has good compliance with the composite film.
Each type of shaper can only have one type of bag width. When the bag width specification changes, the shaper of the corresponding size must be replaced. The design, manufacture and debugging of the shaper are more complicated. On the pillow-type bag-making and packaging machine, the packaging is divided into granular materials. 2. Features of triangular forming: it is the most complex formulator. Only need to adjust the upper and lower positions of the substrate to use the place: whether it is vertical, horizontal, simple harmonic motion or continuous motion, it is used on three-sided and four-sided bag making and packaging machines. 3. Features of the trunk shaper: small resistance, consistent size The corresponding shaper required for the pillow bag, the size of the trunk shaper is larger than that of the lapel shape, the film is easy to deviate, and the shaper can only shape the bag of the same width.
