Generally, the physical characteristics of the measured object may affect the accuracy of the check weighing. If the change of the center of gravity exceeds the tolerance range of the check weighing table, it will definitely cause the deviation of the check result. so different“Specification”The objects to be measured, especially the varieties that will cause deviations, must be set independently when setting the checkweighing parameter formula. Two: Check whether the speed of the multihead weigher is too fast. For the same object to be checked, the faster it runs on the check weighing line, the lower the corresponding check weighing accuracy will be. Therefore, setting an appropriate running speed can effectively improve the performance of the system. Stability and checkweighing accuracy.
Three: See if the production line is affected by the air flow. The multihead weigher is often at the first level of accuracy. The air flow disturbance caused by fans, air conditioners, and ventilation fans will affect the multihead weigher. Adding a windshield to the checkweighing facility or turning off the fan at the checkweighing machine is a good idea. Four: Check whether the multihead weigher is placed stably, and whether there is large mechanical vibration in the surrounding environment. When the multihead weigher is running, it must be stable, otherwise it will seriously affect the accuracy of the check weighing test. Therefore, when installing the multihead weigher, we need to use a level. Adjust repeatedly to ensure that the scale body is stable.
During operation, whether there is a large mechanical vibration around will also affect the accuracy of the check weighing. Although our metering system has done better software and hardware processing, which can effectively filter out part of the vibration, the installation environment of the multihead weigher is still try to avoid“vibration source”. Five: Check whether the equipment use environment exceeds the allowable range. Whether the temperature, humidity and electricity environment are up to standard are usually not easy to detect, and they are also several inducements that lead to inaccurate check weighing results. In the final analysis, it is the influence of the environment that causes the equipment to malfunction. Running, resulting in inaccurate check weighing results. Six: Check whether the multihead weigher is used in an over-range range. Each multihead weigher has its own check weighing range. If it exceeds this range, the accuracy of the check weighing will not be enough, and the sensor inside the multihead weigher will be damaged if it is too heavy.
Therefore, when using a multihead weigher, be sure to clarify the weighing range of the multihead weigher, so that the multihead weigher can work within a suitable range. In fact, the reasons that affect the weighing results of the multihead weigher are nothing more than three categories: the scale itself, the object to be measured, and the use environment. As long as you master the method, analyze carefully, and don't rush or make random adjustments when encountering problems, the final problems can be solved quickly.
