According to the operation speed of the weighing belt conveyor and the length of the belt conveyor, or according to the pulse signal data signal, the system software can judge the time when the goods leave the weighing belt conveyor. From the goods entering the weighing platform to the leaving the weighing platform, the automatic multihead weigher will check the data signal shown in the figure below, and the control panel selects the data signal to stabilize the data signal in the agricultural area to solve the problem, and then the net weight of the product can be obtained.
