In the batching process, the multihead weigher mainly has two stages, one is feeding and the other is pouring. After the batching starts, first start the feeding feeder, check and sample the net weight of the weighing hopper by the control panel, and stop feeding when the net weight of the weighing hopper reaches the upper limit of the prescribed value for the batching.
In addition, the control board checks and samples the net weight of the material in the weighing hopper, and stops feeding when the net weight of the material in the weighing hopper reaches the highest value set by the batching. In the feeding process, the control panel starts the feeding feeder to discharge the material in the weighing hopper from the weighing hopper to the feeding port and other machinery and equipment. When the material is poured, the control board checks and samples the net weight of the material in the weighing hopper. When the net weight of the material in the weighing hopper reaches the lower limit value set by the batching, the material is fed to the weighing hopper.
However, after the feeding process has just started, the feeding machine has not stopped feeding again. The software of the multihead weigher continuous feeding system includes a weighing bucket, which is used for weighing the feeding mechanism, which is equivalent to a static data scale; in addition, it controls the total flow of the feeding mechanism according to the DC variable frequency speed change. In the multihead weigher weighing hopper, the reduction of the net weight of the material per unit time should be the total feed flow rate of the multihead weigher, and it is automatically adjusted according to the adjustment speed, so that the total feed flow rate can be maintained.
When the net weight of the material in the weighing hopper is less than the control parameter, the multihead weigher module locks the speed of the feeder, keeps the material opening organization for feeding according to the volume method, and simultaneously opens the feeding valve for fast feeding. When the net weight of the material in the weighing hopper reaches the upper control parameter, all the feeding valves are automatically closed. There is also a weightless balance control board, which automatically converts the feeding mechanism into a balance method for input.
