As an accurate measurement unit, it must be used carefully, otherwise it is likely to cause inaccurate measurement or even damage.
You must be very careful when installing, otherwise it is very easy to damage the sensor. 1. The polyurethane elastomer of the multihead weigher is mainly made of aluminum alloy profiles, so all vibrations or explosions caused by vibration will cause very large deviations in data and information output. 2. Strictly implement its design plan in the whole process of installation. According to the technical nature of the machine and equipment, it can be installed horizontally or vertically, but the weighing part of the sensor must be closely related to the object to be measured.
The weighing member and the object to be measured cannot touch other bearing points of the machine, otherwise the precise measurement will be inaccurate. 3. Sometimes it is necessary to use three or a large number of sensors to accurately measure the same object. The contact surface between the sensor and the weighing system must be level, otherwise the force will be uneven, which will endanger the accurate measurement results. Resistors can adjust for slight level skew, but the adjustment ability is limited, so please maintain the level as much as possible when installing. Other common problems: 1. Terminal block, when using several multihead weighers, the terminal block is an indispensable special tool, which can unify the data information of multiple weighing scales and reduce the labor of the load cell.
2. After the connection and shielding of the cable, the data signal of the sensor is finally transmitted according to the cable. For such a high-precision data signal, a small impact will cause the data information to be unstable. 3. It will cause a lot of influence in specific industrial production topics, so many people are used to applying the process method to carry out the filter, but it can also be used for weighing, but it should be noted that the filter will only cause the data signal to fall behind, pure broken There is no problem with the observation and accurate measurement, but if calculated or manipulated by the accurate measurement, the weighing result will not be accurate, you must pay attention here.
