Sometimes it is necessary to use three or a large number of sensors to accurately measure the same object. The contact surface between the sensor and the weighing system must be level, otherwise the force will be uneven, which will endanger the accurate measurement results. Resistors can adjust for slight level skew, but the adjustment ability is limited, so please maintain the level as much as possible when installing. Other common problems: 1. Terminal block, when using several multihead weighers, the terminal block is an indispensable special tool, which can unify the data information of multiple weighing scales and reduce the labor of the load cell.
