The weighing principle of the multihead weigher of the portable car is as follows: when the tire releases the pressure on the weighing platform, the weighing platform sensor will release the working voltage data signal, and the output data signal size is positively correlated with the net weight of the tire, and the data signal After being transmitted to the magnifier to become larger, it is then converted into a data signal by an analog-to-digital converter to display information on the display screen. The single plate obtains the wheel weight of the car, and the second plate is the axle load. According to the axle type of the car, the total weight of the car can be accumulated. The principle of the weight sensor of the multihead weigher of the portable car is as follows: when the weighing platform is deformed by the force, the resistance value of the resistor strain strainer in the sensor will be changed, and then the output of the data signal will be changed.
There are two types of sensors used in the weighing platform sensor, which are the built-in structural sensor and the integrated structural sensor. Compared with the previous integrated sensor, the built-in sensor has the advantages of higher pressure resistance and higher precision. The principle and function of the instrument panel is mainly to receive the sensor data signal, and to carry out the calculation and analysis of the data signal, and convert it into a visual standard value display information! After the detailed introduction, we have learned that the portable car multihead weigher is indeed an indispensable special tool for the automobile industry and inspection workers, but is it suitable for all scenarios? Not so, the application of the portable car multihead weigher actually has many things that must be paid attention to: 1. The sensor and the portable car multihead weigher must be connected reliably to avoid strong electrostatic fields, magnetic fields, sensors and the portable car The multihead weigher should avoid strong corrosive objects and flammable and explosive objects.
2. Do not apply in places with flammable gas or flammable vapor. 3. In areas where lightning strikes often occur, be sure to install reliable high-voltage arresters to ensure the safety of operators and avoid damage to the multihead weigher of the portable car and the relative machinery and equipment caused by lightning strikes. 4. The sensors and the multihead weigher of the portable car are all equipments that are sensitive to electrostatic induction. In the application, anti-static measures must be further adopted. It is forbidden to carry out the actual operation of arc welding or other strong electrostatic fields on the weighing platform; in the storm season , Be sure to implement reliable lightning protection countermeasures to avoid the damage of sensors and portable car multihead weighers caused by lightning strikes, to ensure the safety of operators' lives and the safe operation of weighing systems and related machinery and equipment.
5. Before plugging in the connection line between the multihead weigher of the portable car and the peripheral equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the multihead weigher of the portable car and the relative equipment! Before plugging in the sensor cable, be sure to disconnect the portable car multihead weigher switching power supply (standby)! Before plugging in the communication cable, be sure to disconnect the multihead weigher of the portable car and the power on and off of the host computer software! .
