The most probable reason: because the long-term operation of the transmission belt is normal and damaged, the blockage of the block material suddenly expands the support force of the adhesive tape, causing the rupture of the transmission belt and the deviation of the transmission belt, causing the transmission belt to tear and rupture. Solution: Check and maintain the drive belt regularly. When selecting a drive belt that avoids blockage of the drive belt by the blocky raw materials, be sure to select a cost-effective drive belt, and immediately repair the damaged Buchner funnel to avoid the raw material hitting the drive belt and damaging it. 4. Drive belt drag.
Reason: The initial support is not enough, the tail end of the belt conveyor dragged by the drive belt is too much dust, the frictional resistance is too large, and it is likely to be dragged. Solution: Increase the original support force of the drive belt (which can be done by adjusting the tensioning device of the drive belt); ease the one-time freight volume of the belt conveyor; replace the drive motor with a larger output power. Solution: increase the original support force of the drive belt (can be completed according to the adjustment of the tightening equipment of the drive belt); relieve the primary load of the belt conveyor; replace the drive motor with a higher power.
