After the multihead weigher is installed, it needs to be configured before it can be put into operation, so what aspects need to be configured after the multihead weigher is put into operation? Let's take a look below! ! ! After the multihead weigher is installed in place, the following work should be done first: 1) Set the operating parameters for the multihead weigher on the weighing indicator; 2) Calibrate the speed of the system conveyor; 3) Calibrate the carrier; 4) Set Product information stored in the weighing indicator; 5) Dynamic adjustment. After the above work is completed, the multihead weigher can be put into operation. Due to the different operation steps, parameter settings, calibration and adjustment of different multihead weighers, the following contents related to operation are for reference only.
1. Set the operating parameters for the multihead weigher on the weighing indicator. After the weighing indicator is installed, some data must be input into the instrument to make the system work normally. The operation parameter setting of multihead weigher should generally include the following contents: 1) Setting the model of the multihead weigher and the carrier used; 2) Setting the parameters of the weighing indicator for calculation; 3) Setting the weighing parameters; 4) Setting the charging control; 5 ) Set the item information to be printed; 6) Set the parameters of the external rejection control system; 7) Set the weighing menu of the weighing indicator; 8) Set a variety of product modes; 9) Set the rejection device inspection; 10) Set the product target 11) Define or modify password; 12) Set input or output function; 13) Define alarm state; 14) Set date or time; 15) Set language. 2. Calibration system The speed and speed calibration of the conveyor only needs to be performed once. The calibration includes measuring the linear belt speed through the tachometer and inputting the correction value.
3. Calibration of the carrier When the device is started for the first time, several calibration processes must be performed: static calibration, blind zone test, and tare calibration. Standard weights should be used for static calibration. The weight of the weights should be lower than the maximum range value, such as 80% of the maximum range. The weights must be verified and within their validity period. If the product to be checked is single and the weight is similar, the weight of the corresponding weight should be equipped with reference to the weight of the product.
During static calibration, the weight is placed in the center of the carrier, and the static calibration can be automatically completed after the weight value of the weight is input. Static calibration needs to be performed once and the results are common to all running products. Such static calibration should be performed during initial commissioning after factory installation.
After this. Static calibration must be performed only when hardware weighing performance changes (eg, load cell, motor, carrier replacement).“blind spot”Indicates the dynamic weighing accuracy of the multihead weigher system.
The blind spot test evaluates the weighing process and repeatability of the multihead weigher by weighing the same package repeatedly and analyzing the results, as well as by measuring the mechanical noise of the frame. Tare calibration is an optional method of determining the tare weight of a product (empty package), and this calibration process can be performed for each product to suit the characteristics of each product. 4. Set the product information stored in the weighing indicator The product memory of the multihead weigher can store the information of a variety of products such as 30, 100 or even 400 products, so that the parameter values of different products can be defined first. In practice, it is only necessary to switch between products without redefining these parameters.
5. Dynamic adjustment Each product should be dynamically adjusted to make the multihead weigher suitable for the characteristics of each product. The adjustment result can be saved as the parameter value needed in the weighing process. Dynamic adjustment is required for each product so that the multihead weigher can be adjusted for a wide variety of products.
This function sets the filter and averaging time for obtaining weight results, and also sets the correction constants for zero and span. Before dynamic adjustment, static calibration and speed calibration need to be done. Static calibration to obtain the tare constant, so as to correct the static zero point: then put the package used for calibration on the carrier to obtain the static span point.
Start the conveyor, make the empty scale run freely, and take the average weight value of the empty scale of the conveyor as the dynamic zero point; and then repeatedly weigh the same package through the carrier for a certain number of times, analyze the result, and obtain the multihead weigher standard deviation and accuracy. After all products are set up and the system has been calibrated for each product, the multihead weigher controller can be put into operation.
