But there is absolutely no equipment in this world that will never fail, so when using an electronic multihead weigher, it will fail over time, and a large part of the reason is because of the motor. So if there is a problem with the motor of the device, how should we adjust it? In most cases, if there is a problem with the motor of the electronic multihead weigher, it is basically because of a problem with the insulation, which affects the circuit inside it.
There are two main problems with insulation, one is dampness, which reduces its insulation, and the other is aging. The former is very simple to solve. As long as it is heated by a dryer, after the moisture in it is evaporated, the insulation can be restored to use. At this time, the fault is basically eliminated. However, because the electronic multihead weigher has little chance of being exposed to moisture in the environment where it is used, it is unlikely to be affected by moisture. In most cases, the insulation is aging.
And there is no good solution to this problem, you can only choose to replace the new insulation. However, in this process, there is one thing that needs to be paid attention to, that is, in the process of replacement, insulating paint must be dripped on the new product joint, so as to achieve complete insulation. At the same time, after the replacement is completed, the device needs to run for eight hours. If there is no problem with the multihead weigher during this process, it means that it has been replaced.
