Multihead weigher is a device that converts quality data signals into electronic signals. It is a kind of force-sensitive sensor. The use of multihead weigher is very common, especially in weighing equipment, which is the heart of weighing equipment. At this stage, there are many types of multihead weighers on the market, such as resistor strain type, optical type, oil pressure type, capacitive sensor, and magnetic force type. Each type has its own characteristics and applications. There are two types of multihead weigher: four-wire system and six-wire system. Currently, the four-wire system is commonly used on the market.

Four-wire system: EXC+, EXC-: Power plug, which provides the DC regulated power supply for the inductor. Cangzheng multihead weigher EXC+ is bright red, EXC- is gray-black. SIG+, SIG-: Power line, that is, the power line output by the sensor, generally outputs mV data signal, which depends on the working standard voltage and the sensitivity of the sensor.

Cangzheng multihead weigherSIG+ is emerald green, SIG- is milky white. Six-wire system: In addition to the above four wires, there are two more wires than the four-wire system: SEN+, SEN-: feedback lines, that is, the sensor will feedback the specific working voltage value received to the multihead weigher meter. In addition, the four-wire and six-wire sensors are shielded cables: SHIELD The difference between the two: the four-wire multihead weigher is used in places where the multihead weigher and multihead weigher are close to each other, and the operating voltage loss of the specified route Very small; the six-wire system is used in places where long-distance accurate measurement is performed, and its anti-interference is strong.

In general, the multihead weigher is suitable for four-wire and six-wire sensors. However, when wiring the four-wire sensor, use a power line to connect EXC+ and SEN+, and EXC- and SEN- to the meter end of the multihead weigher. The data signal output of the multihead weigher is a millivolt data signal. This data signal is relatively weak. The full scale output of the multihead weigher = working standard voltage * sensitivity. Generally, it must be matched with a smart transmitter (amplifier) or a digital display instrument. At work, the wiring method of the sensor is marked on the smart transmitter and the instrument panel.
