Smart Weigh supplies our customers with not only customized weighing and packing lines, but also transfer equipment such as elevators and completed goods conveyors to form a full manufacturing system. For the customer, we recommended a 24-head weigher with a mixed weighing mode that is quick and can wrap 45 packages of products per minute.
The product is distributed into the aggregate hopper after being fed into the top of the multi-head weigher. The multi-head weighing machine precisely weighs the product in each hopper and determines the mixture that comes the closest to the target weight. The product falls through the discharge chute into the bag-making machine, or into pallets, boxes, etc., when the multi-head weigher has opened all the hoppers for that combination. The 24-head combination weigher is ideal for weighing mixed granular materials since it is very accurate.
1. High-precision, high-response load cell of excellent quality.
2. With a separate main vibrating plate, a single machine can be utilized to formulate more than two (up to six) different mixes.
3. Mixing and weighing mode with automatic compensation to ensure that the weight of each product package is tightly controlled.
4. Use a memory bucket to store the weighed material temporarily, increasing the probability of a combination and improving accuracy.
5. The weighing hopper is waterproof to IP 65 standards, making it simple to clean, assemble, and disassemble.
