A large-scale Canadian food processing factory needed a weighing and packaging solution for meat sticks, sausages, biscuit sticks, and other food products.
Smart Weigh then suggested a multi-head chopstick weighing system for long materials, which could enhance weighing and packing efficiency while lowering labor costs. Finally, the customer is pleased with the intelligent weighing and packaging line, which effectively reduces weighing and packaging time while also increasing profit margins.
Multihead chopstick weigher is made up of numerous separate weighing units for incoming and outgoing material. To obtain a weighing hopper combination that is near to the target weight value, a computer executes a priority combination computation. The more weighing hoppers there are, the more precise the results will be.
Stainless steel hopper is sensitive to adjust, has a simple structure, is modest in size, and is simple to install and maintain. The unique structure design prevents material accumulation and lowers the rate of packaging defective. The stick product will remain upright thanks to an unique bucket with a cylinder body，material entrapment is avoided by entering bags vertically. Maximum length that can be weighed is 200mm.
