To solve the weighing of fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, a customer in the Philippines contacted Smart Weigh for a weighing solution. Cost-effective, user-friendly, and simple to clean and maintain were all requirements for this weigher.
After that, Smart Weigh suggested a semi-automatic linear combination weigher. The customer claimed that after a month of usage, belt multi-head weigher had cut labor expenses in half, increased profit margins significantly, and saved half of the production time.
While multi-head weigher is primarily used for weighing granular or sticky materials, belt multi-head weigher is more affordable and better suited for weighing large and fragile items.
