To automate the weighing and packing of frozen chicken and beef, a meat supplier from Morocco requested Smart Weigh for a solution. Following that, Smart Weigh delivered a fresh raw meat packaging system composed of a 20 head screw feeding meat weigher and a twin doypack packaging machine.
High precision weighing of products such as frozen chicken, fresh beef, raw pork, seafood, kimchi, fried rice, and others can be done using multi-head weighing machines with screw feeders, which are ideal for handling sticky, oily, and wet products.
Material is smoothly distributed into each feed hopper by Smartweigh special rotary top cone.
The flow of sticky materials is improved by a spiral feeding linear pan that was specially designed.

Staggered dumping function that has been pre-set to prevent product blockage and boost weighing precision.
Direct, manual disassembly of the food's contact area is possible for simple cleaning and maintenance.
1. To lower the rate of packaging defects, the machine will automatically recognize empty bags and bags that have been mistakenly opened.
2. The machine shuts off when the air pressure is abnormal, and has an alarm function for the heater disconnecting.
