Smart Weigh bag-in-bag packaging system adopts multi-head weighing machine for high accurate weighing and is fitted with an intelligent color touch screen for simple machine control. Customers can choose to install a vertical packing machine or a premade bag packing machine depending on their demands in order to accomplish fully automatic small bag in big bag packaging.
To date, Smart Weigh has customized secondary packaging lines for customers in several overseas countries. Their feedback indicates that our automatic weighing and packaging machine can precisely manage the weight of each serving, enabling the sachets to fit neatly into the bigger bags for reliable secondary sealed packaging.
The 16-head multihead weigher has a 0.1g precision and can weigh 120 packs of products per minute, making it ideal for weighing foods like chicken wings, dried tofu, cookies, chocolates, almonds, isatis root Ban Lan Gen, etc.

Can automatically pick up bags, code, open bags, fill, auxiliary, vibrate, seal and output finished products.
Clamp size can be freely adjusted according to bag width.
If there is no bag or wrong bag opening, it will not fill and seal, and it will alarm to save material effectively.
Machine stops when air pressure is abnormal, and heater disconnection alarm.
Vertical form fill seal packing machine
Can achieve fully automatic packaging by automatically pulling film, filling, cutting, creating bags, and discharging.

VFFS packaging machine (vertical packaging machine), which is less expensive and primarily used for the production of pillow bags, gusset bags, four size seal simple bag, etc., can meet the high efficiency of small-scale workshop packaging and is more space-efficient due to its vertical appearance design.
Palletize-assisted automatic bag-in-carton packing line is an option for large products.
