Smart Weigh advises utilizing a noodle weigher with a big hopper capacity, which can hold products of 200mm-300mm in length and 60 bags per minute( 60 x 60 minutes x 8 hours =28800 bags/day), for long, soft, moist, and sticky products.
It can equally distribute the material into each linear feed tray because it has a speed-adjustable central rotating top cone for a variety of material.
Between each of the linear feed trays are specifically made rotating rollers that aid in transferring long and floppy products into the feed hopper.
The housing is made of waterproof IP65 material for simple cleaning. In order to efficiently control sticking, the food contact part uses dimpled plates.
The discharge chute is angled at a 60° angle to increase discharge speed and guarantee a smooth discharge.
The normal operation of electrical components is ensured by the built-in air pressure system, which can prevent dampness.
The center column has been thickened to increase the machine's strength and stabilize the operation of the hopper.

A variety of weighers, including chopstick weighers for stick materials, 24 head multihead weighers for mixed materials, linear combination weighers for long, fragile products, linear weighers for powders and small granules, screw meat weighers for sticky material, salad multihead weigher for frozen vegetable, etc., can be customized by Smart Weigh to meet the specific needs of each customer. You can select a single discharge chute or a multihead weigher from Smart Weigh's user-friendly service depending on your specific needs. Depending on your particular requirements, you can select one or more discharge chutes, and you can freely change the machine's speed.
