As cannabis use becomes legal in more nations, more and more consumers are searching for the ideal cannabis candy weighing and packaging machine. Given the high cost of medicinal cannabis and the requirement for extreme accuracy in weighing, Smart Weigh suggested a high precision, intelligent electronic multihead weigher that would tightly manage the weight of each bag of cannabis.
The weighing machines for cannabis marijuana edibles and CBD are precise to 0.1g, decreasing material waste and weighing two or three times more quickly than by hand. The product is poured onto the conveyor via the vibratory feeder, into the multi-head weighing machine and is dispensed into the hopper. By simply entering pre-set parameters on the touch screen interface and modifying the feed speed and run time, one worker may operate one weigher.
