Features

1. Machine can automatically complete multi-lane products measuring, feeding, filling and bag forming, date code printing, bag sealing and fixed number bag cutting.

2. Advanced technology, humanized design, Japan "Panasonic" PLC+7 "touch screen control system, high degree of automation.

3. PLC control system combined with touch screen, can easily set and change the packing parameters. Daily production output and self-diagnostic machine error can be viewed directly from the screen.

4. Motor driven heat seal film pulling system, precise and stable.

5. High sensitive fiber optic photo sensor can automatically trace color mark accurately.

6. Adopt one-piece type bag former manufacture by CNC, to ensure that the film on each column the force is uniform, stable and does not run off.

 With advanced film dividing mechanism and alloy round cutting blade, to achieve smooth film cutting edge and durable.

 Use one-piece type film unwinding system, which can be more convenient to adjust the film roll position by the hand wheel, reduce the operation difficulty.

10. Whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy (accords with GMP standard)

11. Universal wheel and adjustable foot cup, convenient to change the equipment position and height.
