Cleaning a vertical packaging machine

· Put in the film roll and reinstall the forming tube.

· Use the threading diagram to rethread the film roll through the VFFS.

· Mineral oil should be used to clean all slides and guides.

Exterior cleaning

Machines with powder paint should be washed with a neutral detergent instead of "heavy cleaning" products.

Also, avoid getting paint too close to oxygenated solvents like acetone and thinner. Sanitary waters and alkaline or acidic solutions, especially when diluted, should be avoided, as should abrasive cleaning products.

Cleaning the pneumatic system and electrical panels with water jets or chemicals is not allowed. Pneumatic cylinders, in addition to the equipment's electrical system and mechanical devices, could be damaged if this precaution is ignored.
