Working Flow:
1. People place loose pasta to the feed hopper
2. Incline conveyor or bucket conveyor wil transfer pasta to the multihead weigher
3. Pasta multihead weigher will seek the best combination which close or equal the target weight, then it will drop the product to the vertical form fill sealing machine
4. Vertical form fill seal machine(vffs) will make the bag as customer's bag width and bag length
5. Outout conveyor will transfer final product to the collecting table
6. If for food safety, we also provide metal detector to check whether there is metal 304 stainless steel or Non-fe in the package.
7. If budget is allowed, can also buy the check weigher to double check the final weight, then inline check weigher with metal detector will reject the unqualfied product at the end, this packing line is verstile, it can pack dry pasta, cookies, rice, cereal, dried fruit, nut, potato chips, banana chips and any kinds of food.
