For nut producers who want to improve production efficiency and reduce manual packing workload, this high-speed nuts packing solution uses a 14-head multihead weigher with a high-speed vertical packing machine. The system is designed for automatic weighing, filling, bag forming and sealing, making it suitable for almonds, peanuts, cashews, pistachios and mixed nuts in retail bags.
With a reference output of 70–80 bags per minute, this configuration is ideal for factories that need faster daily production, more stable weighing accuracy and continuous bag packaging. Trail Mix Jar Weighing and Filling Solution
For trail mix packed in plastic jars, the key requirement is stable filling speed, accurate portion control and a suitable weighing method based on how the ingredients are prepared. This jar filling solution uses a multihead weigher with an automatic plastic jar weighing and filling machine, with a reference output of 30–40 jars per minute.
If the customer uses pre-mixed trail mix, a standard 10-head or 14-head multihead weigher is usually suitable for automatic weighing and jar filling. This configuration works well when the ingredients are already mixed before entering the weighing system.

For dried mango, dried pineapple and similar dried fruit snacks, the key challenge is stable weighing and smooth pouch filling, especially when the product has irregular shapes or slightly sticky surfaces. This project mainly used a dimple plate multihead weigher and an 8-station premade pouch packing machine for automatic weighing, filling, sealing and output.

Nuts Thermoforming Tray Packing Solution
For nuts packed in trays, the key requirement is to improve filling efficiency while keeping the tray filling process accurate and synchronized with the tray packing machine. This solution uses a multihead weigher, a 1-to-4 multi-filling device and a thermoforming packing machine for automatic tray weighing, filling and sealing.
The main feature of this configuration is that one multihead weigher can discharge product into four trays at the same time through the 1-to-4 multi-filling device. This helps improve tray filling efficiency and makes the line more suitable for customers who need higher output in thermoformed tray packaging.
