At present, there are many small bag
packaging machines in the market that often have bag-walking failures, such as loading two bags of materials into one bag or half a bag by only one 2mm, causing the material to be clamped and the cutter to be cut in the middle of the bag, etc. , this kind of fault needs to be dealt with from two aspects.
1. On the mechanical side, check whether the pressure between the two bag pulling rollers can overcome the resistance of the coil during walking without causing slippage (
The surface of the roller cannot have adhered materials and the lines are clear)
If there is slipping, adjust the Top Spring of the passive roller to increase the pressure between the two rollers;
Check whether the paper supply system is normal, otherwise the paper feeding pressure needs to be adjusted to ensure that the coiled materials needed for bag walking can be supplied in time; Check whether the resistance of the bag maker is too large.
Generally, the resistance of the normally used shaper becomes larger because the gap of the shaper is stuck with materials or deformed. If it is, it needs to be cleaned, corrected or even replaced in time, and sometimes new coiled materials are changed, if the material thickens and does not match the shaper, the resistance will increase.
2. In terms of electric control, check whether the bag length setting of the controller is standard. Generally, the normal setting standard is to set the bag length 2-higher than the actual required bag length-5mm; Check the photoelectric head (Photoelectric eye, photoelectric switch)Whether to find the standard.
Otherwise, the sensitivity of the photoelectric head needs to be adjusted so that it does not misread or lose the mark.
If it is not easy to adjust and then change the wiring method to make the conversion between the bright and dark; Check the bag pulling system (Driver, motor, Controller)
Whether all the wiring heads on the computer have virtual connection looseness, if so, they need to be reinforced and firmly connected;
Check whether the required voltage of the bag motor driver is appropriate, otherwise check the circuit or replace the required power supply (Transformer).
