Generally, the resistance of the normally used shaper becomes larger because the gap of the shaper is stuck with materials or deformed. If it is, it needs to be cleaned, corrected or even replaced in time, and sometimes new coiled materials are changed, if the material thickens and does not match the shaper, the resistance will increase. 2. In terms of electric control, check whether the bag length setting of the controller is standard. Generally, the normal setting standard is to set the bag length 2-higher than the actual required bag length-5mm; Check the photoelectric head (Photoelectric eye, photoelectric switch)Whether to find the standard. Otherwise, the sensitivity of the photoelectric head needs to be adjusted so that it does not misread or lose the mark.
