(1) Press the fast feeding and slow feeding buttons respectively to see how the feeding speed is. Observe whether the rotation direction is consistent with the forward rotation indicator. If it is reverse rotation, it means that any two of the three-phase wires of the motor can be interchanged. If the steering is correct, it can be rotated continuously for a period of time, which is convenient to observe whether the operation is normal.
(2) Touch the bag-clamping induction switch once to see if the bag-clamping solenoid valve cylinder is activated; after the bag-clamping switch is touched again, the bag clamping mechanism is opened under the action of the bag-clamping solenoid valve and the cylinder.
(3) There is a bucket-type retry scale bucket door (discharge door) solenoid valve action. Click to open the door and then to close the door to see if the solenoid valve cylinder of the weighing door can drive the weighing door to have corresponding actions and whether the direction of action meets the requirements.
