What is the solution to vegetable salad packaging and weighing?

An automatic salad and green vegetable weighing and packaging system from Smart Weigh was ordered by the customer, a Finnish manufacturer of vegetable salads. This system can weigh and package 35 bags per minute (35x 60 minutes x 8 hours = 16,800 bags/day), which is twice as fast as the previous manual line.

Ø  Pulling film with cover for moisture-proof and uses a servo motor for excellent precision.

Ø  The machine's open door alarm feature can promptly halt operations and ensure operational security.

Ø  It is simple to change the film since the film in the rollers may be locked and unlocked by air.

Ø  Film adjustments can be made automatically (optional).
