Film roll

As film roll is large and heavier for wider width, It is quite better for 2 support arms to bear the weight of film roll, and easier for change. Film Roller Diameter can be 400mm maximum; Film Roller Inner Diameter is 76mm

square bag former

All BAOPACK bag former’s Collar are using Imported SUS304 dimple type for smooth filmpulling during packing automatically. This shape is for no back sealing quadro bags packing. If you need 3 bag types (Pillow bags, Gusset bags, Quadro bags into 1 machine, this is the right choice.

Larger touch screen

We use WEINVIEW color touch screen in BAOPACK machine standard setting, 7’ inches standard, 10’ inch optional. Multi-languages can be input. Optional brand is MCGS, OMRON touch screen.

Quadro sealing device

This is 4 side sealing for stand up bags. The whole set takes more space, so our VT52A type is higher than normal VP52. Premium bags can be forming and sealing just perfectly by this type packing machine.
