How Does Multihead Weigher Work?
Multihead weighers use various weigh beads to generate accurate measurements of the product by calculating the perfect weight combination during the heads. The multihead weigher working principle eprocess starts with the product being fed into the top of the multihead weigher. It is distributed onto a set of linear feed pans by a vibrating or spinning top cone. A pair of photoelectric eyes is installed above the top cone, which controls the product input to the multihead weigher.
The product is equally distributed tn the feed hoppers from the linear feeding pan, after that the products are feed into empty weigh hoppers to ensure continuous process. When the products are in the weigh bucket, it is automatically detected by its loadcell that immediately sends a weight data to the Mainboard, it will calculate the best weight combination then discharge to next machine.
