Manufacturing
The automatic packaging machine should attach great importance to the formulation of the blank production and processing technology For the difficult problem of deformation, various processing techniques are adopted to reduce the internal stress of the blank. After the blank is made, and during the entire subsequent machining and manufacturing process, it is necessary to allocate sufficient process flow for removing thermal stress to reduce the residual thermal stress in the parts. In the mechanical processing and manufacturing of the fully automatic vacuum packaging machine, the initial processing and deep processing are divided into two technological processes, and each storage time is spared in the two technological processes, which is beneficial to remove thermal stress; in the whole process of mechanical processing and manufacturing The processing technology standards should be preserved as much as possible and used during maintenance, which can reduce the error value of maintenance production processing due to different standards.
In the production of engine crankshafts, if the thimble hole is cut off by the event process, and the engine crankshaft needs to be made another needle hole during maintenance, the error value will be enlarged. In order to better reduce the in-situ stress and deformation of parts after machining and manufacturing, for more critical or very complex parts, a natural aging or manual service aging treatment should be carried out after deep processing. Some very fine parts, such as indexing measurement and verification institutions, should also be arranged for multiple aging treatments in the middle of the finishing process.
