The salad vertical bagging machines fully-automatically procedures from material feDeding, weighing, filling, forming, sealing, date-printing to finished product output, which is consist of incline conveyor, salad 14 head multihead weigher, vertical form fill seal machines, support platform, output conveyor and rotary table.
1. Strong IP65 water proof, convenient for cleaning after daily work.
2. All linear pans with deep angle and special design for easy flowing & equal feeding to increase speed.
3. Different angle on discharge chute with vibration or air blow, suitable for different product features.
4. Rotary top cone with adjustable speed and clockwise & anti-clockwise direction, make feeding smoothly.
5. Enable weigh hopper shaking, make sure products not stick on weigh hopper for higher actual weigh precision.
6. AFC auto adjust linear vibration, make sure good accuracy.
Controls the length of the roll film, accurately locate cutting and sealing.
Servo driver, low noise, automatically correct the film position, no misplaced.
This packing solution is as the same popular as weighing system with vffs machine. Here the weighing machine is belt combination weigher, it is for whole vegetables and fruits; if you want to weigh the cutted, slice or diced vegetables in tray, use multihead weigher instead belt weigher.
This packaging solution is less used, but sometimes customers need to pack the vegetables and fruits into preformed bags.
