Smart Weigh recommends an automatic weighing and packaging system for mixed granular materials, with a capacity of 45 bags a minute (45 x 60 minutes x 8 hours = 21,600bags/day) and an accuracy of 1 gram or less.
Highly accurate 24-head multihead weigher that can weigh 4-6 different material at the same time. 24 heads can work as 48 heads with memory hopper. Once the product enters the top of the multi-head weigher, it is distributed to the hopper through the wire vibrating pan, and the processor can calculate the best combination to reach the target weight.
