Granular packaging machine is a kind of packaging machine equipment that is often used at present. Granular packaging machine exists in the development of many industries. Particle packaging machines are mostly integrated with the packaging, weighing and metering of products, so what are the metering methods of particle packaging machines? There are usually two metering methods for our common particle packaging machines: constant volume metering and volume adjustable dynamic metering device. Constant volume measurement: it can only be applied to a certain limited measurement package of a single variety. And due to the manufacturing error of measuring cup and drum and the density change of materials, the measurement error cannot be adjusted; Although spiral conveying metering can be adjusted, the adjustment error and movement are not agile enough. Facing the requirements of automatic packaging of various commodities, the above metering scheme has little practical significance and needs improvement. Volume adjustable dynamic measurement: this scheme uses stepping motor as the driving element to directly drive the screw propeller to measure the packaged materials. The measurement error detected dynamically by the electronic scale during the whole blanking process is fed back to the computer system, and the corresponding response is made, thus realizing the dynamic adjustment of automatic measurement error in commodity packaging and further realizing the higher measurement accuracy requirement.
