One group is used for coarse adjustment, the purpose is to improve the response time of the automatic control system, and the other group is used for fine adjustment, the purpose is to improve the precision of the automatic control system. If the multihead weigher can only have one set of PID main parameters during operation, the precision of its automatic control system must be considered first when it is applied. Therefore, when the overall target quantity of the machine equipment changes greatly, this set of There is no doubt that the main parameters of PID will make the system software stable for a long time or fluctuate for a long time.
In the multihead weigher, when the overall target is changed and the change is very large, the total flow in the machine equipment will change greatly due to the sudden shortage of raw materials or excessive material, and people can use coarse adjustment PID to make the system software quickly adjust to About 90% of the overall target amount, and then use the fine-tuned PID to make the system software achieve high precision and stability. The multihead weigher can reasonably match the feeding of powder equipment/particulate matter according to the disassembly and replacement notes, the dissolution of the screw part of the extruder, the assembly is simple, the cleaning is very easy, and there are compression and explosion-proof types that match the specifications and models. Optional spare parts for grinding liner can be used as front side feeding equipment.
