If film is used, the product quality should be controlled during production to avoid wrinkles. If the film is under the film, wrinkles will appear before stretching, and the quality of the product should be controlled during the production process. Avoid wrinkles; if there are wrinkles in the process of stretching the lower film, it indicates that the lower film is heated too much during the stretching process, which reduces the stretching temperature, stretching preheating time and stretching forming time; or the lower film is heated during stretching There is a foreign object on the board or the board is damaged.
Remove foreign objects and trim the heating plate; (4) Remove foreign objects on the heat sealing plate and trim the heat sealing plate; (5) Trim the heat sealing gasket to ensure that the heat sealing gasket is flat and has no gaps.
