After setting to zero, first load the weight (the number is not limited), and then enter the calibration state, press the input actual value of the weight (if the range unit is“Ton”Then the input unit is“kg”, if the unit of measurement is“kg”Then the input unit is“g”, that is, the input unit is 1000 times smaller than the range unit, which has nothing to do with the division and the position of the decimal point), and then press [Date], the meter will automatically calculate and save the calibration coefficient and analog gain. After correction, the zero point of the instrument will not be affected, and there is no need to re-zero. Example: 30 tons of multihead weigher, calibrated with 10 tons of weight, the operation steps are as follows (assuming that the parameters have been set): (1) Set the empty scale to zero (display“0”).
(2) Load 8 tons of weight, the meter displays the value before calibration, for example“7670kg”(3) Enter calibration state, display“Please enter configuration options”, and then press【3】key to display nothing. (4) input“8000”(8000kg), press 【Date】, after a while the indicator will make a long beep and display the weight. (5) After the calibration is completed, check the measurement performance according to the verification regulations.
(6) After debugging, press [Total Clear] twice to clear the useless data that may be stored.
