In some cases, the amount of ash supplied by the multihead weigher is not large, such as 50kg/h. At this time, the sensor must have a high sensitivity. If the measurement range of the sensor used is too large, the change of the sensor to the net weight is not comparable. Sensitive, it is difficult to avoid the deviation of measurement verification or even the total flow display information is zero. 2. Avoid areas with vibration sources as much as possible. The harm of heavy vibration symmetry is obvious, and it is very irregular vibration source. Therefore, if there is a standard, the multihead weigher should be installed in the area where vibration sources are eliminated. 3. For the situation that the amount of ash feeding must often be adjusted in the whole process of the feeder and the adjustment is relatively large, two-way PID control should be adopted. One PID is used for rough adjustment, so that the amount of ash feeding can quickly reach the preset value, and then the other PID Carry out fine adjustment to make the amount of gray to be stable around the preset value.
