Features of automatic bottle loading and filling machine 1. Composition of filling line: This filling line is composed of automatic bottle loading machine, filling system, automatic bottle collecting machine, etc. The filling system is composed of filling machine, chain plate machine, bottle separating machine device, filling head, detection device, etc. In this filling line, the filling machines are screw metering machines and electronic scales. The screw metering machine is used for powder filling, and the electronic scale is used for filling, and the user can replace it according to the needs.
2. The working process of the filling line: the automatic bottle feeding machine sends the bottle to the chain conveyor and sends a signal through the detection device, the bottle dividing device divides the bottle into individual bottles, and positions it under the filling machine, the filling head drops (granule material The filling head is fixed), the filling machine works, for powder filling, there is a dust removal port on the filling head, and the dust removal machine can be connected externally. After filling to the set value, the bottle dividing device releases and intercepts the next empty bottle. The filled bottles are sent to the automatic bottle collector by the chain conveyor.
3. Technical parameters: 1. Filling range: 5~5000g2. Filling accuracy: ±0.2~±1% (depending on the material) 3. Filling speed: 10~45 bottles/min (depending on the material and filling weight depends).
