The feeding and discharging belt conveyor The feeding belt conveyor can mainly increase the speed to ensure that the goods according to it have sufficient intervals.
Infeed belt conveyors are used to transport goods for inspection away from the weighing area to the next stage of production. 2. The principle of multihead weigher is to ensure that only one product of the multihead weigher is based on the weighing platform in the whole process of work, so the speed of the feeding belt conveyor is mutually determined according to the interval of the product and the specified speed. During the whole weighing process, when the products to be inspected according to the production line enter the weighing belt conveyor, the system software identifies the products to be inspected and enters the weighing area based on external data signals.
According to the operation speed of the weighing belt conveyor and the length of the belt conveyor, or the pulse signal data signal, the system software determines the time when the goods leave the weighing belt conveyor. From the time when the product enters the weighing platform to when it leaves the weighing platform, the weight sensor transmits the detected net weight data signal to the control panel.
