Weighing range: The material specifications are different, and the weighing range can be within 200g~40kg. The operation method of the automatic multihead weigher: 1. The product must be placed on the belt of the automatic multihead weigher, and the speed of the conveyor belt is set according to the distance between the product and the product.
This ensures that only one product is on the weighing platform on the weighing conveyor. 2. When the product enters the weighing conveyor belt, the automatic multihead weigher judges and identifies whether there is a product entering the weighing part according to the identification signal. The time to leave the weighing part is judged according to the photoelectric switch signal or the length of the weighing conveyor belt and the speed of the weighing conveyor belt.
3. Sorting process: After the controller gets the weight signal of the product, the system will compare it with the preset weight range, so that the product can be sorted. 4.
