For example, the appearance of multihead weigher requires regular maintenance. Regularly check the multihead weigher parts, once a month, check whether the worm gear, worm, bolts on the lubricating block, bearings and other movable parts are flexible and wearable. If any defects are found, they should be repaired in time and should not be used reluctantly.
The multihead weigher should be used in a dry and clean room, and should not be used in places where the atmosphere contains acids and other gases that are corrosive to the body. When the drum moves back and forth during work, please adjust the screw on the front bearing to the proper position. If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the screw at the back of the bearing frame to an appropriate position, adjust the clearance so that the bearing does not make noise, and turn the pulley by hand, the tightness is appropriate, too tight or too loose can cause damage to the machine.
After the multihead weigher is used or stopped, the rotary drum should be taken out for cleaning and the remaining powder in the bucket should be brushed, and then installed properly to prepare for the next use. If it is not used for a long time, the whole body of the multihead weigher must be wiped clean, the smooth surface of the machine parts should be coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with a cloth.
