All parts of the glutinous rice flour packaging machine equipment have been adjusted before leaving the factory. However, during shipping and handling, fasteners may loosen and cause orientation changes. In addition, related parts need to be adjusted when replacing filling components. Therefore, the machine should be inspected and adjusted as follows before the official use: Adjustment of the switch: The sensitivity of the switch has been adjusted before leaving the factory. If it feels unsuitable, you can adjust it yourself.
Press the [Setting] key on the keyboard to display bSZ in the left window, use a screwdriver to rotate the screw at the rear end of the photoelectric switch, and at the same time cover the photoelectric switch with your hand, then the red light will be on until the distance is appropriate, press the [Exit] key to Working conditions. Adjustment of scraper position: When replacing the spiral, the stirring scraper should be adjusted, and the distance between the scraper and the spiral is usually about 20 mm. When adjusting, loosen the scraper screw and tighten the scraper screw when pulling up or pushing down the scraper to a suitable position.
Adjustment of the height of the spiral: Put the cup on the spiral to observe the position of the bottom of the spiral, and the bottom is about 2 mm from the inner edge of the bottom of the cup. When adjusting, open the inspection window on the right side of the hopper cover, loosen the adjustment shaft screw, fix the material cup evenly with three material cup screws, hold the adjustment shaft by hand and move up and down, and tighten the adjustment shaft screw when the height of the screw is appropriate.
