Introduction to the bag packing machine The bag packing machine is generally composed of a bag feeding machine and a weighing machine. The weighing machine can be a weighing type or a screw type, and can pack granules and powder materials. The working principle of this machine is to use the manipulator to take out, open, cover and seal the user's prefabricated bags, and at the same time complete the functions of filling and coding under the harmonious control of the microcomputer, so as to complete the automatic packaging of the prefabricated bags. Its characteristic is that the manipulator replaces the manual bagging, which can effectively reduce the bacterial pollution in the packaging process and improve the automation level at the same time. It is suitable for small-scale and large-scale automatic packaging of food, condiments and other products.
The bag-feeding packaging machine is mainly composed of standard components such as coding machine, PLC control system, bag opening guide device, vibration device, dust removal device, solenoid valve, temperature controller, vacuum generator or vacuum pump, frequency converter, and output system. The main optional equipment is material metering filling machine, working platform, weight sorting scale, material hoist, vibrating feeder, product conveying hoist, and metal detector. Scope of application 1. Liquids: detergent, wine, soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice, beverage, tomato sauce, jam, chili sauce, bean paste.
2. Blocks: peanuts, jujubes, potato chips, crispy rice, nuts, candies, chewing gum, pistachios, melon seeds, nuts, pet food, etc. 3. Granules: condiments, additives, crystalline seeds, seeds, granulated sugar, soft white sugar, chicken essence, grains, agricultural products. 4. Powder: flour, seasoning, milk powder, glucose, chemical seasoning, pesticide, fertilizer.
