Multihead weighers are called load multihead weighers and multihead weighers. This rotary machine is converted into an electronic signal for the loaded net weight and other information content. A common example of this is the weighting of subway stations to ensure that they are not too heavy for trucks traveling on the road.

The most common are strain gauges. This multihead weigher distorts the release net weight when generally there are four in the application. As the net weight is added, the resistor changes.

Because of this, the net weight can be given and give a very precise reading of how much actually exists. Hydraulic gauges are the second most common load module above, and measure the working pressure transitions of liquids in equipment. As the net weight added, the liquid rise gives a reasonably accurate reading.

It is typically 0.25% accurate. One of the key advantages here is that it is not affected by the temperature and the amount of liquid that must be applied in order to get it. Since there are no electrical components, this is generally an area where hazardous materials are used, or a high-risk lightning strike.

A pneumatic multihead weigher can also use a hydraulic press with a similar system software, but is generally more accurate. They are slow and must be cleaned and dry adjusted for gas or N2, which makes them unavailable for some processes.
