The mechanical structure of the multihead weigher is mainly composed of the production line support frame, the transport system software, the fruit tray and the screening box. During the entire operation of the production line, the mechanical structure serves as a driving force, and the key is to provide the driving force for the transportation of the fruit tray. Other components are the key components of the support point and the key basis for loading and unloading materials; the production line support frame is the basis for all components of the fresh fruit sorting equipment.
There are many key components in the drive system software, including the motor, reducer, drive force output sprocket chain; the fruit platter structure and conveyor chain are instantly riveted together. The conveyor chain moves the fruit platter. The conveyor chain of the belt conveyor is vertical and is maintained vertical to the road surface.
The structure of the support point at the bottom of the conveyor chain is dominated by wear-resistant steel, which has a good smooth effect when the conveyor chain runs horizontally, ensuring the running precision of the conveyor chain. The key components of the fresh fruit weighing multihead weigher are the weighing service platform, the weighing reproducing plate, the weighing plate and the sensor. When installing the fresh fruit weighing multihead weigher, the weighing control module should be fixed on the support frame of the production line immediately.
The fruit plate is immediately connected to the Mid-Autumn National Day distance belt. When transporting the fruit bowl to the weighing area, the fruit bowl touches the weighing table. When the weighing table bears the force, the tray will weigh and pour the fresh fruit according to the fitness movement of the rotating shaft.
The tray is concave. In the conveying equipment, the fresh fruits can be slowly fed into the fruit tray according to the feeding equipment, thereby completing the sorting of the fresh fruits. The part that touches the fresh fruit is the plastic product, which can protect the fresh fruit machinery and equipment from the damage of the surface tray to a large extent.
The fresh fruit screening and loading and unloading part of the application are integrated, and the fresh fruit tray after screening can be rotated according to the system software data signal of the machine equipment, and finally the fresh fruit screening and loading and unloading work are carried out. The shooting system software consists of a digital camera, a camera lens, a light source, and an advertising light box. The key of the system software is to collect the dynamic image of the fresh fruit multihead weigher on the conveyor belt, and transmit the image to the image processing system software.
The fresh fruit evaluation system software is divided into two parts: weighing service platform and sensor. The information content data information received by the weighing equipment in the whole process of fresh fruit transmission is processed in parallel, and the system controls the level of each fresh fruit in consideration of the fresh fruit information content comprehensively.
