When receiving raw materials, carefully check the quality of raw materials (whether there are impurities, whether they are wet, etc.), refuse to receive raw materials that do not meet the packaging requirements, and report to the team leader in time. Do not check the raw materials before packaging 2. When producing products, strictly follow the packaging requirements of the quality department, and there must be no overweight or ultralight products; carefully check the internal quality and appearance of the products produced. On the one hand, whether there are obvious flaws, if there is a problem, it should be stopped in time to deal with it.
A small amount of problematic products shall be borne by the person responsible for all losses. If quality problems are caused by batch products, the losses shall be jointly borne by the operator, workshop, quality inspector, workshop leader, and quality department leader in order according to the degree of responsibility, and shall be borne by the company's quality management regulations Give a fine. 3. Equipment operation and maintenance 1. The operator is responsible for the production operation of the two fully automatic machines, and makes daily equipment operation records; Good debugging; 3.
