Start-up: Set the heat-sealing temperature on the temperature controller of the electric control box according to the packaging material used. Depress the clutch handle to separate the metering mechanism from the main drive.
Turn on the start switch, and the machine will work empty. Check the quality of the bag making should be heat-sealed without deformation, and the texture is uniform. Cut off flat.
After the qualified material to be packed is filled with a stainless steel scoop, it is put into the machine hopper. Close the clutch handle, jog the machine, and try to start the machine. Use a balance to check whether the materials in the product bag meet the production process requirements. After passing the test, the machine can be officially started and put into production. Start the packaging machine, and the product bag is sent to the tray by the conveyor belt.
(The bag difference should be checked every fifteen minutes or so). During the operation of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to hand, touch, rub the rotating and cutting parts. And observe the heat sealing temperature at any time.
If there is any change in filling opportunity and incision quality, it should be adjusted at any time. Maintenance content: Check whether the linkage parts are loose, and tighten the fasteners. If the screws are overflowing or the gaskets are broken, replace them with new ones. Check the condition of the silicone strip of the heat sealer, and replace it in time if it is damaged.
Check whether the electrical terminals are firm and secure. Check whether the condition of the electric heating rod and the thermometer is stable. Generally, the temperature of the horizontal seal should be about 10oC higher than the temperature of the vertical seal. Check the condition of the cutter, if the cutter is not sharp enough, please perform mechanical grinding.
Medium maintenance: including general maintenance content. Check the texture of the heat sealer of the semi-automatic particle packaging machine. If the texture is unclear, it is easy to cause air leakage in the packaging material. Check the wear condition of the upper shaft of the heat sealer, the tension spring, the rolling support rod, and the active arm. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in time.
Check the wear condition of heat seal cam, pull bag cam, pinion gear, etc. All replacement parts should be written on the protection record and kept for three years.
