What are the precautions for online multihead weigher transportation? In order to ensure that the multihead weigher can move intact, everyone must pay attention to the following points. 1. Use a special wooden box for packaging. When placing the product in the wooden box, it should be firmly cushioned and locked, and fixed in the box with bolts, and must not be moved.
Do not unpack the multihead weigher until it has arrived at the installation site, as the crate will protect it. 2. During the transportation of the online multihead weigher, the sensor protection device must be in a reliable protection state, and the protection device can only be released after installation. 3. The weighing conveyor belt is packaged separately and must be fixed with screws, and the fixing screws can only be loosened after arriving at the working place where it is placed.
4. When using a truck or similar vehicle with a lifting platform for transportation, the upper part of the multihead weigher must be held by one person (two people are better) to avoid it from tilting. 5. When transporting an online multihead weigher without a packing box, please fix the bracket of the multihead weigher (such as the middle shelf, or the bracket of the instrument) to prevent the multihead weigher from tilting. 6. It is forbidden to fix the conveyor belt (such as weighing conveyor belt, input conveyor belt or output conveyor belt) or the motor of the conveyor belt.
