Production process of chili sauce (1) Raw material treatment: Classification and selection of raw chili peppers without mildew, rot and insect erosion. (3) Rough processing: According to product positioning and user needs, the dried peppers are cut, stirred, ground and other pre-treatments.
(4) Mixed frying: Mix the formula seasonings, condiments, and peppers in proportion and put them into the electric fryer. Onion, ginger and garlic are fragrant, the temperature is controlled at about 120 degrees, fry for about 15 minutes, add preservatives and stir well, then take out of the pot and fill. (5) Automatic packaging: The finished chili sauce is packaged in small bags by an automatic sauce packaging machine.
(6) Warehousing for sale: Seal small bags of chili sauce and store them in storage and refrigerate for sale.
